Frosty The Snow Man

(C)Frosty the Snow Man was a (F6)jolly happy soul,

(C6/9)with a (F7)corncob pipe and a (Em7)button (A9)nose and two (Dm7)eyes made (G7)out of coal.

(C)Frosty the Snow Man is a (F7)fairy tale they (E7)say;

he was (F7)made of snow but the (Em7)children (A9)know how he (Dm7)came to life (G7)one (Dbmaj7)day.

(C)There (F)must have been some (Em)magic in that (Eb9)old silk hat they (A)found,

for head he (D7)began to dance (G7)around.

Oh, (C)(Db)Frosty the (D)Snow (Eb)Man was (F7)alive as he could be,

(E7)and the (F7)children say he could (E7)laugh and (A7)play just the (Dm7)same as (G7)you and (C)me.

(C)Frosty the Snow Man knew the (F6)sun was hot that (C6/9)day,

so he (F7)said, "Let's run and we'll (Em7)have some (A9)fun now (Dm7)before I (G7)melt (C)away."

Down to the village with a (F7)broomstick in his (E7)hand,

running (F7)here and there all (Em7)around the (A9)square saying,

(Dm7)"Catch me if (G7)you (Dbmaj7)can."

(C)He (F)led them down the (Em)streets of town right (Eb9)to the traffic (A)cop,

and when he he (D7)heard him holler,

(G7)"Stop!" For (C)(Db)Frosty the (D)Snow (Eb)Man had to (F7)hurry on his (E7)way,

but he (F7)waved goodbye sayin', (E7)"Don't you (A7)cry;

I'll be (Dm7)back (G7)again (C)someday."

(C)Thumpety thump thump, thumpety thump thump,

look at (C#dim)Frosty (Dm7)go!

(G)Thumpety thump thump, thumpety thump thump,

over the hills (Db7)of (C)snow.
