Do I have to pay to play?
No. Every song plays in full here for free, with no account: the full song and practice line by line, plus the leadsheet and sing along on songs with words. You only pay to take a song's files with you.
What is in a Song Kit?
The full sheet, the right hand melody, a Practice Pack, an MP3 with and without a click, and the MIDI file. Songs with words also get the leadsheet and lyrics with chords. There is a free sample on every song, so you can see the pages first.
What is the MIDI file for?
It opens in music apps like GarageBand and MuseScore. The site itself does not connect to a keyboard by cable: it listens to your piano through your microphone.
Do I keep a song I unlock?
Yes. $4.99 once, and that song's kit is yours to keep and to download again from your profile, with or without Premium.
What does Premium unlock?
The Song Kit of every song on the site, for as long as your plan is active. The kits are the same ones you would get one song at a time.
When does Premium cost less?
Premium Yearly works out at $4.99 a month, so it costs less as soon as you want 2 songs a month. Premium Monthly is $9.99, which costs less from 3 songs a month.
How does yearly billing work?
One payment of $59.88 a year. That is $4.99 a month, 50% less than Premium Monthly at $9.99. It renews once a year until you cancel, and both unlock exactly the same things. Already on Monthly? Switch from your profile: the unused part of the month is credited to you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to your profile and press Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when Premium ends?
Kits you did not buy close again, and the songs still play for free. Songs you unlocked one by one stay yours, and so do the files you already downloaded.
What if a payment does not go through?
Stripe tries your card again, and Premium stays on while it does. Update your card under Manage billing on your profile. If the payment keeps failing, Premium ends.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Pay with your email and we make your account from it, then sign you in when you come back from Stripe.
I bought a song before. Do I keep it?
Yes. Everything you bought stays yours, and a song you bought before now includes its MIDI file too.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final and are not refunded: Song Kits, MIDI files and Premium. You can cancel Premium anytime: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew.
