He Has Come for Us sing and play along
God rest ye merry, gentlemen, let nothing you dismay.
Remember Christ our Savior was born on Christmas day to save us all from Satan's pow'r when we were gone astray.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy,
comfort and joy.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy.
He has come for us, this Jesus.
He's the hope for all mankind.
He has come for us, the Messiah,
born to give us life.
From God our heav'nly Father a blessed angel came,
and unto certain shepherds brought tidings of the same:
how that in Bethlehem was born the Son of God by name.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy,
comfort and joy.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy.
He has life.
(All the angels sing, "Hallelujah!
Jesus Christ is born!"
All the children sing, "Hallelujah!
He is Christ the Lord!")
He has come for us, this Jesus.
He's the hope for all mankind.
He has come for us, the Messiah,
born to give us life.
He is born to give (All the angels sing,
"Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is born!"
All the children sing, "Hallelujah!
He is Christ the Lord!")
