Saving Grace

She had her father's blue eyes.

He left home before she arrived.

Mama (Gsus)named her

(G)Grace. (C)me."

Just getting by on their own.

When Grace was fifteen, she (F)ran from home one (Gsus)December (G)day.

And (Am7)Grace is lost and alone in a (Dm7)world re that's (Gsus)cold as (G)stone.

(Am7)God is counting on us to (Gsus)reach her with

His (G)love.

It's all about (C)saving (G)grace, all about (F)living (C)love,

(F)being (C)Jesus to (Dm7)those He came to (G)save,

(C)sharing (G)life and giving our (F)own (C)away.

It's all about (Dm)serving (Am)God, all about (G)saving grace.

(C)She'd never darken the door any church.

She would say, "What for?

No one (Gsus)there would (G)care (C)me."

We have to go where she lives,

simply show her who (F)Jesus is,

watch Him (Gsus)set her (G)free.

For (Am7)grace flows down from above,

and a (Dm7)faith re quires (Gsus)a (G)selfless (Am7)world that's dying to see the (Gsus)hope in you and (G)me.

all about (C)saving (G)grace, all about (F)living (C)love,

(F)being (C)Jesus to (Dm7)those He came to (G)save,

(C)sharing (G)life and giving our (F)own (C)away.

It's all about (Dm)serving (Am)God, all about (G)saving grace.

(E)There are countless (Am)millions just like (E)Grace who need a (Am)merciful (D)embrace.

They won't (G)believe our God is (C)real until they (F)feel

His touch.
