I Kissed a Girl

This was (Em)never the way I planned,

not (F)my intention.

(Am)I got so (Em)brave, i drink in hand,

lost (F)my discretion.

(Am)It's not what (Em)I'm (C)used to,

just (F)wanna try you on.

I'm curious, (C)for you caught (F)my attention.

I kissed (A5)a (C5)girl and I liked it,

(D5)the taste of (E5)her cherry chapstick.

I kissed (A5)a (C5)girl just to try it.

(D5)I hope my (E5)boyfriend don't mind it.

It felt so (C5)wrong;

it felt so (D5)right.

Don't mean (D5)I'm (F5)in love (E5)tonight.

I kissed (A5)a (C5)girl and I liked it.

I (E5)liked it.

(Am)No, I don't (Em)even know your name.

It (F)doesn't matter.

(Am)You're my (Em)experimental game,

just (F)human nature.

(Am)It's not what (Em)good (C)girls do,

not (F)how they should behave.

My head gets so (C)confused,

hard (F)to obey.
